There are no refunds on antique or clothing items since they all are in used condition. Conditions of antiques are described in detail so please read carefully before purchasing. Returns on soap are not accepted. We package all of our items with great care, but if for some reason your item is broken we will review each in a case by case manner. Please contact us if there are any problems. I want to make the customer happy!

shipping

Your item(s) will be shipped within 5 days depending on how many items ordered or how large. Tracking will be emailed to you.

packaging

I package every order with care so each item is individually wrapped with kraft paper, tied up with hand-spun French hemp twine, & a lavender bundle.

If your item is fragile I will wrap with reused bubble wrap or foam sheets along with kraft paper to ensure a safe delivery. I almost always use recycled boxes to help save money & reduce unwanted waste which also makes your shipping cost cheaper!
