French copper escargot pan with solid brass handles & a tin lined interior. These pans are traditionally used for cooking snails, but can also be used for making hard boiled eggs. I cleaned the pan naturally with no chemicals, but the patina is slowly starting to come back.

C O P P E R C L E A N I N G • If you’d like, I offer the option for your copper piece to be naturally cleaned before it's shipped. Some people prefer the aged patina over it being cleaned so I wanted to offer it for people that like it cleaned. Your piece will be 100% naturally cleaned, but there are no guarantees on how it will look when it's finished (might already be very clean anyway). Copper ages fast after being naturally cleaned. There may still be some patina/verdigris on the piece or dents might show more, depending on how old/aged the piece is. I'm not an expert copper cleaner & don't do re-tinning, just cleaning it as well as I can. If you'd like to have your copper cleaned please let me know immediately after purchase.
