Antique French country farmhouse herb chopper. Late 1800’s/early 1900’s era. I love how resourceful people used to be - instead of throwing this away when the wooden handle broke they repurposed it by adding a ceramic handle from another chopper! It makes it so much more special. Stamped “M S”.
