French antique earthenware soap dish in a beautiful green color. The paint technique is the same as antique French confit jars where the inside & top edges are painted this same green (or yellow), but the bottom half is left unpainted since it was buried in the ground. This dish would be very pretty with French Savon De Marseille soap in it! The dish is made of lightweight clay.
